What are your service hours?

We offer 24 x 7 service to our clients.

How many languages can you support?

While our core business is the English speaking mass market in the United States, our complete staff is bilingual English-Spanish. We provide additional language capabilities in our Panama office including French, Italian, German, Dutch, Swedish & Portuguese, among others.

What kind of clients do you work with?

We focus on building long-term relationships with solid financially stable companies. Our current roster of clients is heavily balanced towards the Fortune of 1000, but we would work with reputable regional clients wherever possible.

How long have you been in business?

How do you know that your agents are doing a good job? How do you check up on them?

Quality Assurance is our highest priority. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we constantly employ numerous methods to ensure that all calls are handled in the most professional manner possible. To accomplish this, we record the majority of calls across all clients for later review. QA Supervisors also listen into live calls, giving instant feedback to our agents. We also randomly contact customers to receive feedback. Additionally, our phone system closely tracks hold time, talk time, and several other statistics, which are reviewed by management on a daily basis.

What do you provide?

We are a one stop shop when it comes to cold callers for Real-estate we provide trained agents the dialer , quality assurance team , script and full site Management with Client relation management.

How many leads can I expect in a month?

The amount of leads you can expect per month per agent varies and it really depends on the list and the market and also what you would consider a valid lead however I have seen some agents get up to 60-70 leads per month, which is equivalent to 2 Leads/Day / Agent.

How long does it take to get started?

After receiving the signed agreement, deposit and you have uploaded your list…24 to 48 hours.
You also have the option to pay 50% deposit only if you agreed to leave a valid card on file for Auto Pay.

Do I have to skip trace the list?

Yes all list must be skip trace before putting into the dialer.

When do you send reports?

We like to send monthly reports but if you need to pull a report you can call us and we can help you.

What is the minimum callers

Our minimal callers are 3 all the way hundreds.

Where do my leads go to?

We can send you leads direct to podio.

Where are your agents located?

We have multiple call centers all across the globe with highly skilled agents who are fluent in English.

What hours do your agents dial?

Our agents can dial anywhere from 8 AM to 8 PM in the current time zone of your list.

Do your agents call on Saturdays?

We offer agents Monday through Saturday.

How many contacts do your agents do a day?

The dialer that we use is able to dial 10 lines per agent sore agents are actually getting anywhere from 300 to 500 contacts per day per agent.

What type of quality do you guys have?

We actually have our own quality department that listens and monitors the calls throughout the day. Quality is key , we know you spend a lot of money on your lists, so we don’t want you to waste them.

Is the list I provide secure?

The list that you provided are uploaded directly to the dialer and no one has access to it for your security except for our management here in Phoenix.
